THE SMALL INTESTINE MERIDIAN CLASS
The Small Intestine Meridian
Mental clarity, judgment and discernment are influenced by the Small Intestine. On a physical level the main job of the Small Intestine is to process the nutrients out of food for use by the body.
The Small Intestine is a yang meridian and is paired with the Heart yin meridian- allowing us to express our emotions in a healthy way.
Imbalances of the Small Intestine Meridian
may show up as:
- Inability to assimilate ideas, insecurity, forgetfulness, restlessness, indecision, difficulty expressing emotions
A balanced Small Intestine Meridian:
- Clarity of thought, ability to make decisions, healthy expressions of love, joy, and excitement
