The Lung meridian is the fundamental source of life energy (the Breath). We can use this meridian to support our breath, boost our Qi (energy), and strengthen the respiratory system to prevents colds and flu.
The Lung Meridian (YIN) is a metal element and is partnered with the Large Intestine meridian (YANG).
