September 4, 2015

LIVER MERIDIAN

The Liver meridian is of key importance in women’s menstrual cycle and sexuality. “Liver Meridian function is involved in digestion, metabolism, storage and distribution of nourishment, filtration, detoxification, and immune function.”
The primary job of the Liver Meridian along with it’s Yang partner, the Gallbladder, is to keep the energy (Qi) moving through all the meridians.
Join us as we explore the Liver Meridian and learn new, easy ways to move stagnant Qi, relieve pain and more….
