THE HEART MERIDIAN CLASS
The Heart Meridian
In the West the heart is best known as the “emotional center”. In Chinese Medicine, the heart is known as the “sovereign ruler,” using clear insight to direct actions.
The Heart Meridian functions to cycle blood throughout the body. But equally as important, it generates the electrical communication to all the cells in the body. This constant communication with the organs and muscles helps to determine the blood/oxygen needs in any given moment.
