The Bladder meridian is key to maintaining a healthy back and reducing back pain. This is a YANG meridian and is represented by the element WATER.
Join us as we explore the Bladder Meridian and learn new, easy ways to support your back and more….
The pathway of the Bladder meridian begins at the inside corner of the eye and goes up over the head and down the back and legs, ending at the tip of small toe.
Pain in any part of the body along this pathway may be an issue related to the Bladder meridian.
This includes headaches, eye problems, neck pain, and back pain. Even hip, knee and ankle pain can be treated using the Bladder meridian.
Expressions of an emotionally imbalanced Bladder Meridian might include:
Fear, anxiety, inflexibility, negative attitude and/or resistance to change
Inner direction, hopefulness, confidence, assurance, and a sense of peace and calm
