Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage sessions integrate advanced techniques to help reduce and alleviate pain and chronic health issues and provide a deep sense of relaxation and well being.

As a therapeutic massage therapist, Julie Dotson will do a thorough assessment and work with you to create a treatment plan to address your specific health and wellness goals. Advanced techniques may include – deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, aromatherapy, reiki and/or somato-emotional release.
